- Next, we’ll run through the customer process you want improved. For example, a walk through or undercover shop of your store, a phone call with a salesperson, a checkout through your online store, or however else you'd like us to experience your process.
- Note: all run-throughs are done by Customer Passion, not “mystery shoppers”. Because of that, all in-store run-throughs are currently limited to the New York City area.
