How does the Customer Experience Makeover work?


Two easy steps to improve customer experience:

Step 1: Discovery

  • We'll begin with an initial discussion of your customer goals and what you’d like to learn about your customer experience.
  • Next, we’ll run through the customer process you want improved. For example, a walk through or undercover shop of your store, a phone call with a salesperson, a checkout through your online store, or however else you'd like us to experience your process.
  • Note: all run-throughs are done by Customer Passion, not “mystery shoppers”. Because of that, all in-store run-throughs are currently limited to the New York City area.
